DHL is a global leader in logistics, yet has an almost neglible presence in the United States (its country of origin). It has to outdo the duopoly of FedEx and UPS, through a niche segment, in order to gain a market share in America.

Idea
A RUSH delivery service.

 
Solution
DHL's very own bicycle messengers in its logistics supply chain, for intra-city deliveries (can be availed through an App).
In simple words, an Uber of Bicycle Messenger services.
